Revoking Hillsborough County Restraining Order ?

Here is an email I just received from a Military Veteran seeking to have a Hillsborough County Restraining Order revoked. To protect his right to privacy, his name has been blotted out.

Hello My name is #######  ####### I am have been on the military for thirteen years now including a Iraqi Freedom Tour 4/2009-01/2010, and my first wife and I where married in Hillsborough County in 1999 and she was arrested for domestic violence in Hillsborough County twice during the marriage and because of this I filled an Injunction for Protection order against her and the day after one of her arrests we were present in the Protection order hearing and she asked the judge to place an order on me as well, the judge then ordered both orders as permanent, a few years later my ex-wife seen me at the mall in Brandon and called the police and told the Police that I was stalking and harrasing her which was a lie the Hillsborough County Sherrifs Office arrested her on the scene. I have since then tried to revoke the order against me without access on the last court room appearance I was told by the just to relocate to Miami and he would grant the revocation, and I would like note that I have no violent history and have never been convicted of a crime, and I would also like to note that the police reports overlooked each time I appeared in court which I believe to be unfair. I am very concerned citizen in Hillsborough County and a veteran concerning this matter.
Sincerely,
####### #######
