i have a case where the person seeking a restraining order against me is i believe doing as a ploy to stop me from asking her if she is going to pay me the balance on a judgement awarded to me. she has never responded to me as of this date. so now i cannot communicate with her in any fashion. very convenient huh?
she brought the very same lies in this restraining order as she brought into the small claims court, as i did this and i did that. after reading all of her lies it took the judge about 2 minutes to favor me.
and even after the judgement was awarded she continued to dupe me, by being very nice to me and crying saying she cannot pay $2305.00 and i ask her what could she pay and she said $100.00 a month and i said ok about 10 days later she pays me $200.00 and then 2 or 3 months pass and i ask her why she stopped paying me, she said i should go to court with her to sign some papers and i agreed to go to court with her. and this is how she duped me, she had a big piles of papers and told me to sign 2 papers saying that the papers was to ensure that she could pay me $100.00 a month and so i signed them not knowing the papers i signed was indeed a satisfaction of judgment. i just lost another $2105.00 from her.
i guess there are dupes all the time huh?
PS - i forgot to say that this lady evicted me because she only recently found out she could make a lot more money obtaining green cards for vietnamese men. so why keep me as a tenant for $500.00 a month when she can make $30,000.00 for every man she gets a green card for.
that was why i sued her. unlawful detainer, she gave me a 30 notice to move but when i was admitted into the hospital she gave me about 30 minutes.
